Pinecrest Middle School students learn how to fuel a business at JA BizTown

Pinecrest Academy 6th and 7th graders took a field trip on April 23, 2019, to participate in Junior Achievement BizTown! JA BizTown creates an unmatched experience, whereby students are able to interact within a simulated economy and take on the challenge of fueling a business.

They discover the intricacies of being a professional and member of the community, and discover the abundance of opportunities available in their own town.

Congratulations to the “Female Worker of the Day," Kyle Moreno, and to the “Male Worker of the Day,” Connor McCarthy. Katherine Meeks, did a great job serving as Mayor!
