Traditions in South Forsyth Experiences Soaring Sales

FrontDoor Communities announces that its Traditions community in South Forsyth has recorded 41 home sales in just nine months. Together with The Providence Group, the community has experienced record sales and steady prospect traffic since opening in February.

Decorated model homes were also open for prospective buyers to tour, and sales agents were on hand to answer questions. Attended by more than 150 guests, the event was considered a success by everyone involved.

The Traditions community features homes from FrontDoor Communities priced from the $400,000s, and homes by The Providence Group priced from the $300,000s. A variety of floor plans are available featuring four or five bedrooms and three-and-a-half or four bathrooms. The single-family Craftsman-style homes constructed by FrontDoor Communities include interior details such as hardwood floors, spacious kitchens, ample storage space, oversized owner’s suites and more.
