Zeta Forces Mary Alice Park In Cumming To Close Indefinitely

CUMMING, GA — Due to multiple downed trees following Hurricane Zeta, Mary Alice Park is closed until further notice, according to city officials.

The news of the closure came as a surprise to some residents.

"Oh dear, this is a first...my poor dear park!" one person posted via social media.

Mary Alice Park is located on the southeast corner of Lake Lanier.
