Estate SalesWhen it comes time to handling someone’s estate, it might be overwhelming. Your dilemma might also be time and distance to accomplish the needed downsizing and dispersing of the estate. Others may not be able to emotionally handle the enormity of what stands before them, or the loss they have just suffered. This is where we can assist you. Throughout the liquidation process, we will treat your home and contents with respect and care. We understand that you are not only liquidating personal property, but that you have memories associated with many of the items sold.Our services include on-site organizing, pricing, and displaying items for the sale. Special attention is given to major items that are deemed antiques and/or collectibles. The sale is held in the home which is controlled by our staff for sales and security. Bids can be taken on items and will be accepted if they fall within the item’s price range.
We advertise in local newspapers, on the internet, and we mail flyers and postcards to our regulars and hundreds of others from our mailing list. We will record all sales and reconcile the cash results. We will arrange for the sale and/or disposal of any left over items.
Real Estate PropertyIf real estate is to be sold, we will prepare the home for sale. This will vary from cleaning to painting and repair. This work is billed on an hourly basis based on the extent of the work and/or repairs.Roland Lorans, co-owner, is our real estate Team Leader. We can then maximize the marketing exposure of your home through the local MLS, the internet, and the estate sale when appropriate. At closing, a qualified real estate attorney will close the property.
Online AuctionsIf you have items that you would like to sell, but not enough for an estate sale, we can sell these items for you via consignment and place them on online auctions. We have extensive experience selling on these sites and know the best ways to market your items online.

Our clients have benefited as well. We have had great success in getting maximum dollars for items that might seem ordinary to some, but are highly sought after treasures by avid collectors.
