2497 Allsborough Way, estimated cost of $162,708.33

3097 Trinity Grove Drive, estimated cost of $146,000

Alterations or additions to existing structures:

3220 Indian Shoals Road, addition of a 16-by-16 covered deck

3710 Millwater Xing, addition of 36-by-17 inground pool with spa and decking  

3370 Mill Valley Drive, addition of 29-by-27 deck with roof

3423 Mulberry Lane Court, replacement of A/C, furnace

1296 Birdsong VW, replacement of A/C, furnace

3063 Whitney Ridge Drive, replacement of A/C, two heating units

3300 Mill Valley Drive, remodel residence, enclose screen porch and enclose lower porch for storage

Foreclosure registration permit issued:

1575 Heatherton Road
