Six Building Permits Issued for Dacula Area

The following Dacula area building permits were issued during the week of July 29 through Aug. 2 by the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development.

Construction of single-family residence:

2430 Cain Circle, estimated cost of $120,750

2440 Cain Circle, estimated cost of $162,708

2084 Mount Grove Court, estimated cost of $182,541.67

Alterations or additions to existing structures:

2582 Back Creek Chase, HVAC only, replace A/C and furnace 

1781 Winter Jasmine Drive, plumbing only, water heater replacement 

Vacant structure registration: 

2687 Adair Trail, Dacula
