Coronavirus: Concern Over Teens Gathering At Park, Report Says

DACULA, GA — Gwinnett County teens and young adults are gathering in groups despite dangers over the spread of the new coronavirus, according to a Channel 2 report.

Hundreds of teens gathered at Duncan Creek Park on Tuesday, Channel 2 reported.

A spokesperson with Gwinnett County told Channel 2's Berndt Petersen that the county doesn't support activity that doesn't follow guidelines from health authorities. Access to parks is important, the spokesperson told Channel 2, adding that they will post signs reminding park goers of social distancing.
