“A cold front will push into south Georgia Sunday morning with cool high pressure building into the area from the north and northeast. Low pressure in the Gulf of Mexico will spread moisture over the surface ridge ... resulting [in] continued rain chances for Sunday and Monday. Rainfall amounts of 1/2 to 1 inch over already saturated ground could result in continued minor flood problems through Monday.”

Wind gusts over 20 mph are predicted for most of north Georgia Sunday and Monday, the weather service said. The low temperature will be in the 40s both nights.
