Rezoning Case, Intergovernmental Agreement on Work Session Agenda

The Dacula City Council will hold its monthly work session on Thursday, April 25, at 7 p.m. Items on the agenda include:

• REZONING Case #2013-CD-RZ-02. Applicant: Lloyd L. deLatour Owner: Dacula Design Group, LLC, request rezoning from OI (Office Institutional District) to C1 (Neighborhood Commercial District) to be used for a Family Activity Center and a drive-thru cafe. The property is located at 1247 Harbins Road in the 5th District, Land Lot 298, Parcel 005 and contains 2.10 acres more or less. 


• CHANGE OF CONDITIONS Permit Case #2013-CD-CC-02: Re: 2011-CD-RZ-02; Applicant: Lloyd L. deLatour, Owner: Dacula Design Group, LLC request a change in conditions to allow concept plan revisions and to reduce buffers. The property is located at 1271 Harbins Rd., Dacula, Georgia of the Fifth District, Land Lot # 298, Parcel #004, and contains 5.29 acres more or less. 


• Intergovernmental agreement for ad valorem tax and sanitation fee billing and collection.
