Gwinnett Planning Department Issues Seven Permits for New Homes, Renovations and Additions

The following Dacula area building permits were issued during the week of July 22 through 26 by the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development.

Construction of single-family residence:

• 3533 Walking Stick, estimated cost of $97,417
• 1081 Rock Elm Drive, estimated cost of $101,417
• 1249 Austin Thomas Drive, estimated cost of $137,500 

Alterations or additions to existing structures:

• 1112 Autumn Glen Way, replacement of HVAC 
• 1741 Mulberry Lake Drive, addition of 16-by-16 covered deck and 5-by-5 powder room inside existing storage room, HVAC for exhaust fan in pwder room 
• 725 Grand Ivey Place, electrical only
• 3017 Sarah Ellen Court, remodel residence, finish out basement
