James R. Wages, Sr., age 91, of Auburn, GA passed away on Friday, October 16, 2015.

Funeral Services will be held at 6 pm on Monday, October 19, 2015 in the Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Lawrenceville. Rev. David Bailey will officiate. A private interment will be held at Gwinnett Memorial Park.

Mr. Wages was a devoted grandfather. He spent many years working at Railway Express Agency.

Mr. Wages is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Florine Bruce Wages, Auburn; son & daughter-in-law: James Royce & Fay Wages, Jr., Auburn; daughter & son-in-law: Terese & Art Denney, North Augusta, SC; grandchildren: Heath & Naomi Wages, Dacula; Brian & Ashton Wages, Winder; Laura & Joe Pallone, Johns Creek; Michael Denney, Augusta; Sarah Denney, Charlotte, NC; great grandchildren: Hayden Wages, Bella Pallone, Adriana Pallone; brother & sister-in-law: Charles & Nellie Wages, Auburn; sister-in-law: Catherine Wages, Winder; sister: Ruth Strickland, Auburn; sister & brother-in-law: Eloise & Dwight Williams, Dacula; several nieces & nephews.
