Argument In Hiram Subdivision Leads To Murder Charge: Sheriff
A 19-year-old man is charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of a 21-year-old at the tennis courts in a Hiram subdivision.

PAULDING COUNTY, GA — A man is in the Paulding County Jail, charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of another man Wednesday night in a Hiram subdivision.
James Graham Ward, 19, was taken into custody without incident in Dallas early Thursday morning and charged with felony murder, according to a statement from the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office. Detectives said they expect more charges in the coming days.
Ward’s arrest came after authorities found Perry Belin Jr., 21, dead of multiple gunshot wounds at the tennis courts in the Regency Park subdivision in Hiram. According to witnesses as reported by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office, Ward shot Belin and fled after an argument between them turned violent.
