Body Of Missing Man Sean Zuluaga Found: Police

Officers have determined Zuluaga's cause of death to be from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

PAULDING COUNTY, GA — On Friday, the Paulding County 911 dispatch received a call from a resident reporting a suspicious silver car parked on one of the streets in the Madison Park Subdivision. When officers arrived, they discovered it was the silver 2008 Mazda 3 that belonged to missing person Sean Zuluaga whose vehicle was last seen Jan. 1 in the Seven Hills area of northern Paulding County, the sheriff's office noted.

Detectives searched the wooded area near where the vehicle had been located and found Zuluaga's body there, according to information released by the sheriff's office. Officers have determined Zuluaga's cause of death to be from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Detectives collected a firearm along with several notes and writings from inside the vehicle that confirmed what occurred.
