Charles Hardy, Founder Of Hardy Automotive Group, Dies
The car dealerships announced Hardy's passing on their Facebook page.

HIRAM, GA — Charles Hardy, the founder of Hardy Automotive Group, has died, the company announced on its Facebook page.
"Today, we mourn the loss of our founder, boss, mentor and friend, Mr. Charles Hardy," the company said in the post. "His example of kindness, honesty, charity, and work ethic will forever leave an indelible mark on us all."
Hardy was known throughout metro Atlanta for the catch phrase he used in his company's commercials: "We love you and we need you."

That phrase was echoed in the company's post from Tuesday night.
"Rest in Peace, we will ALWAYS Love You and Need You!" it reads.

Charles Hardy Parkway is named for the auto group's founder. The group's outlets include Hardy Family Ford, Hardy Chevrolet Buick GMC and Hardy Superstore, all located on the parkway.
Funeral arrangements were not immediately available Wednesday morning.
