During the July 6, 2021 Regular Session meeting of the Mayor and Council, Officer Nicolas Bartlett was sworn in as Hiram's newest Police Officer.  During the ceremony, his training officer, Sgt. Tyler Third, pinned on his badge.  Welcome to the family, Officer "Nico" Bartlett!
