Coronavirus Testing Coming To Paulding County Next Week

DALLAS, GA — Drive-thru coronavirus testing will be offered all day in Dallas next Monday.

The Georgia Department of Public Health announced a testing event will be held at Paulding Meadows from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The testing site is located at 472 Paulding Meadows Drive.

Testing will be offered across Northwest Georgia throughout the week, according to the health department.

On Tuesday, testing will come to Gordon County from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Senior Center, located at 150 Cambridge Court in Calhoun.

Wednesday will bring with it two testing events in Dade and Floyd Counties.

Testing will be offered in Trenton from 9 a.m. to noon, and from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., on Wednesday. The testing site is at 71 Case Ave., Suite H-100.

Tests will also be offered in Rome on Wednesday at the Rome Fair Grounds, 1400 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The site will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Lastly, testing will be offered in Walker County on Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon, and from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Testing will take place at Mount Zion Baptist Church located at 289 Dunwoody Rd. in Lafayette.

All the testing sites mentioned above will be held in a drive-up manner, meaning no appointment is necessary. In the event of inclement weather, updates will be posted at nwgapublichealth.org and on county health department Facebook pages., according to the health department.
