DALLAS-HIRAM, GA — January brought with it both strife and hope. In the first month of 2021 alone, violence overtook the U.S. Capitol, the nation inaugurated a new president and the prospects of a more thorough vaccine rollout took shape.

Here at home, scientists uncovered a new strain of the coronavirus vaccine in Georgia and two lucky Georgians brought home big bucks and police searched for a man with Paulding County ties.
