Dallas 5K Will Take Place Both On-Site And Virtually

Proceeds from the 10th Annual Dallas Race for a Cure go to Relay for Life of Paulding County and the American Cancer Society.

DALLAS, GA - The City of Dallas will host the 10th Annual Dallas 5k Race for a Cure both on-site, but with social distancing, and virtually later this month. The race is open to all ages.

The in-person race will begin at 8 am. on Saturday April 24 with the Start/Finish line at the Dallas Police Department, 120 Main Street. Runners are required to enter an estimated finish time, so organizers can stagger the start times to comply with social-distancing guidelines. The race is chip timed and is a Peachtree Road Race qualifier.

Virtual competitors will have an opportunity to run on their own between April 23 and 25, and must submit their results on the registration website by 11:59 p.m. on April 25.
