
VERY disappointed with the service at this establishment. I paid for a screen replacement about three weeks ago and they replaced it but in the process broke my home button. They told me they would fix it for me when I got back from school. I took it in and they had my phone for 8 hours and I went to check on it and they said it wouldn’t be ready until 3:00 PM the next day. No phone call to tell me that earlier just expected me to show up and inquire about my phone. I had to go out of town that day and had to get them to give it back and they told me to bring it back in when I got back into town. I brought it in on Monday of this week they said they couldn’t fix it that day and to bring it in Tuesday. I came back on Tuesday for the 5th time in three weeks to get them to fix it. They said it would take a few hours and they would call me with updates. Around 4:00 on Tuesday we hadn’t heard anything so we decided to go check on my phone. He said they were still working on it and that he would call. They closed at 7 and we never got a call so I went the whole night without my phone. We called Wednesday morning (today) at 10:37, 24 hours later, and asked about my phone. They said they wouldn’t even know if they could fix it until 3. So had they not touched my phone in the whole 24 hours? Later at 3:00 (almost 30 hours later) we called again and they told us they could not fix it and to come pick up my phone. I went in expecting them to reimburse me because THEY BROKE MY BUTTON and all they could say was “we can put your broken screen back on your phone and give you a refund”. They also said I will have to take my phone to Apple to get it fixed which is more money that I should not have to pay because the broken button was not my fault. Which is counterproductive because they are the ones who broke it in the first place and they should at least pay for their damages. I will NEVER go here EVER again. Absolutely HORRIBLE.
