Four New Paulding Deputies Graduate From Law Enforcement Academy

Paulding's newest sheriff's deputies will now spend a week learning county procedures before training with the uniform patrol division.

DALLAS, GA — Paulding County’s four newest sheriff’s deputies graduated Friday from 10 weeks of basic training at the North Central Georgia Law Enforcement Academy.

The four — Hunter Fischer, Matthew Nelson, Thomas Stone and Jeffrey Profitt — will now spend a week in-house learning information specific to Paulding County before further training with the uniform patrol division, according to public information officer Sgt. Ashley Henson.

All four new deputies started their careers with the county working at the Paulding County Detention Center.
