Funeral Arrangements Set for Paulding Deputy Sam Driskell
Visitation is Sunday; funeral is scheduled Monday.

Funeral arrangements have been set for Paulding County Corporal Sam Driskell, the sheriff’s deputy killed in the tragic murder-suicide earlier this week at his home near Hiram.
>>The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday morning that Driskell and his 12-year-old daughter Carolyn Driskell will have funeral services together. Arrangements for wife Muachin Driskell and step-son Felix Almonte had not yet been finalized.

The Paulding County Sheriff’’s Office said visitation is scheduled 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11 at West Ridge Church, located at 3522 Hiram Acworth Highway in Dallas (phone: 770-222-2125).
The funeral is scheduled at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 12, also at West Ridge Church. Internment will follow the service at Bethel United Methodist Church, located at 1444 Bethel Church Road in Hiram.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Cops for Kids Christmas shopping program.
Clark Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
