Georgia Weather Forecast: A Day With No Rain?

Find out which day in the coming week there's no rain in the forecast for metro Atlanta.

ATLANTA, GA — Most of this work week's weather forecast for metro Atlanta is going to look awfully familiar. Highs in the upper 80s and low 90s? Check. Chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon? Check.

But if we can hang in there until Wednesday, there's a chance we'll get to see the rarest of weather phenomena this time of year — a day with no rain.

The National Weather Service forecast for Wednesday actually has no chance of rain in the forecast. As such, the high temperature is expected to break the 90-degree mark that day.

Actually, we've got a decent chance to stay dry a lot of this week. There's only a 20 percent chance of rain expected on Thursday and Friday, so we just might string together a couple of dry days in a row this coming week.
