Georgia Weather Forecast: The Storms Are Back In Town

ATLANTA, GA — It was a pleasant, sunny weekend in metro Atlanta. Hope you didn't get used to it.

The stormy rains that account for so much of Georgia weather this time of year will be back with a vengeance this work week. Every single day will bring a chance of showers and thunderstorms, with the beginning and end of the week being the most likely for storms.

Sadly, we can't expect the rain to cool things down. High temperatures will stay in the upper 80s all week long, with a high of 89 expected on Wednesday.
