Observed salad dressing labeled as "keep refrigerated" for sale to go with salads, with a date of February 17, 2020. Observed sausage burritos prepped less than 4 hours before the inspection, out of temperature, in a covered container, and in a reach in cooler. Observed employee prepping food on prep line without a hat or hair net. Observed an employee wearing a watch while prepping food on the prep line.
