Google’s program shares tips and how-to’s to teach kids to stay safe and secure on the web
Google’s Online Safety Roadshow: How to Be Internet Awesome educates students about how to stay safe and secure online. Media is invited to cover the Online Safety Roadshow: How to Be Internet Awesome, a 45-minute assembly that teaches middle school students how to be smart about the content they share online. It focuses on important skills -- how to create a safe and memorable password, identify phishing scams, and more. Rep. Tom Graves will participate in the event and give remarks.

About The Online Safety Roadshow: How to Be Internet Awesome
The Google-led program educates students about what you can do to stay safe and secure online.
The program was created in partnership with principals and child safety groups to develop a digital literacy assembly that could be shared across the country. The goal of the 45 minute presentation is to teach students how to be smart and safe online, focusing on important skills such as how to create a safe, memorable password, and more.
