Keller Knapp Realty Hosts Open House Sept. 12 at New Monroe Drive Location

When you think of words like “homegrown” and ”local,“ a real estate brokerage may not be the first thing that comes to mind. But Keller Knapp Realty is proof that great real estate companies do, indeed, come in locally-grown packages.

Keller Knapp Realty, an independent full-service real estate brokerage, is announcing the grand opening of its second office location near the corner of Monroe Drive and 10th Street. The new office, with its trademark yellow and black signage, occupies an historic 1920s building across the street from such Atlanta landmarks as Piedmont Park, Park Tavern, and The Beltline. Situated at the intersection of Virginia Highland, Morningside, Ansley Park and Midtown, the new office gives Keller Knapp a physical presence in some of Atlanta’s most vibrant and beloved communities—neighborhoods where the company has already been helping clients for years.

To celebrate the new office, Keller Knapp is hosting an Open House Happy Hour on Friday, September 12th from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Please join us for drinks and hors d’oeuvres and a tour of the newly adapted historic office space located at 1027 Monroe Drive, Atlanta GA 30306.

Keller Knapp began as a local real estate company in 2003, and in a scant ten years (and with fewer than 20 full-time agents) achieved sales in excess of $135 million in 2013. In 2013, Keller Knapp was also one of only two brokerages in Metro Atlanta to have three individual agents ranked in the top 15 by the Atlanta Board of Realtors. For 2014, the company has already reached $120 million in sales, with four months left to go.

Even during the depths of the real estate crisis, Keller Knapp continued to grow and thrive. Between 2009 and 2012, when many real estate companies were reducing operations and closing offices, Keller Knapp’s sales nearly tripled.
