Mixed Use Apartment Complex In Decatur Will Break Ground Soon
A Decatur mixed-use apartment complex will average monthly rent of about $3,000 a month.
DECATUR, GA — A mixed-use apartment complex is coming to Decatur. The “Modera Decatur” project is expected to break ground later this month.
According to developers at Mill Creek Residential, the complex is slated to open in the fall of 2022, reported the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The average monthly rent will be about $3,000. The eight-story building at 163 Clairemont Ave. will have 194 apartment units, with eight shops and restaurants on the ground floor.
