Car Vandalized on Thornton Road

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is looking for the suspects who vandalized a vehicle last Tuesday in the parking lot of a Thornton Road restaurant.

Between 8 p.m. and 8:10 p.m. Aug. 6, a Dodge pickup truck pulled into the parking lot of Fred's Bar-B-Q House, 541 Thornton Rd., according to a post on the Douglas County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.

"The passenger gets out of the truck and walks around the front of the victim’s vehicle," according to the post. "The ignition on the victim’s vehicle is busted up and several items, including a gun, were taken from the vehicle."
