Chance for Freezing Rain on Wet Wednesday

DOUGALSVILLE, GA — Other areas in the Atlanta metro will be dealing with winter weather on Wednesday, but the Douglasville area looks to be far enough south to avoid the worst.

The National Weather Service forecast calls for a slight chance of rain or freezing rain between noon and 1 p.m., then a chance of rain.

The high will be near 44.

There’s a 40 percent chance of precipitation.

But the forecast for the weekend may involve some snow in Douglasville. There’s a chance for rain and snow Friday night and Saturday, according to the NWS.
