Christmas Day Fire In Douglasville Leaves 12 Homeless: Report
A blaze that damaged a Douglasville house on Tuesday also ruined Christmas for its 12 occupants, says media report.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — A Christmas Day fire in a Douglasville home displaced a dozen people and burned up their Christmas presents, according to a media report. The blaze severely damaged the single-family house on Snowbird Lane, WXIA-TV 11Alive reported Tuesday night.
Personnel with the Douglas County Fire/EMS Department responded Tuesday afternoon to the blaze in the 1,800-square-foot-house, 11Alive reported.
A total of seven adults and five children were in the two-story house at the time of the fire, but there were no injuries reported.

The firefighters also rescued a dog from the blaze, 11Alive reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
