Tuesday's winter storm will severely impact Georgia Tuesday and all of the major U.S. airlines have issued waivers for passengers.

ATLANTA, GA — Delta Air Lines announced it has canceled 170 at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport ahead of Tuesday's winter storm forecast to bring between 1 and 3 inches of snow and icy conditions to north Georgia.

Delta and Southwest Airlines have already added additional flights into and out of Atlanta in advance of the game, as well as the day after the game, now being called "Mass Exodus Monday."

Customers are encouraged to check their flight status on Delta.com or the Fly Delta mobile app. Customers can also get updates sent directly to their mobile device or by email with One-Time Flight Notification.

The waivers for this winter storm:

A winter weather advisory for Tuesday has been issued for all of metro Atlanta and north Georgia. The advisory, issued by the National Weather Service, goes into effect at 3 am Tuesday and lasts through 7 pm Tuesday. Forecasters predict total snow accumulations of up to one and a half inches, mainly along and north of line from Carrollton to Marietta to Canton. Lesser amounts of snow are likely right along the I-85 corridor. The organization also said any moisture left on the roadways, especially in sheltered or protected areas will likely refreeze, increasing the potential for black ice.
