Douglas County To Open Warming Center Wednesday

DOUGLAS COUNTY, GA – The Douglas County Emergency Management Agency is reopening the warming center Wednesday, Jan. 30, at 8:30 p.m. due to the cold temperatures and wind chill facing Douglas County. The Warming Center is located in the youth activities building, behind the main building, of the First United Methodist Church at 6167 Prestley Mill Rd.
