A biathlon for children between the ages of seven and 15Â will be held Aug. 3 at Douglasville's Boundary Waters Aquatic Center.
The Boundary Waters Splash and Dash will include a 100-yard swim and 1K run for children between the ages of seven and 10 and a 200-yard swim and 2K for everyone else, according to 11Alive.
"The focus of the Splash and Dash is on participation rather than competition," according to the Boundary Waters Splash and Dash website.
