Douglasville SR 92 Project Time Lapse: Watch Here

The City of Douglasville released a time lapse video of the project.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — The SR 92 relocation and widening project is well underway, and the Georgia Department of Transportation released a time lapse video showing some of the work done.

As of August 2019, the project is 66 percent complete, the DOT said on their webpage. They said the "Majority of the base for the structures have been poured and is awaiting the required strength before installing the remaining structures."

The project, anticipated to be complete in August 2021, comes in three phases. According to the DOT, "The project begins at the intersection of relocated SR 92 and relocated Ellis Street where it connects with Phase 1. It ends just north of the existing intersection of SR 92/Dallas Highway and Malone Road."
