Douglasville Woman Claims $1 Million Powerball Prize
She matched the first five winning numbers from the Aug. 3 drawing.

For five years, Trena Tusinski of Douglasville has worked two jobs.
She was on her way to that second job when she stopped by the Shell Food Mart at 4081 Anneewakee Rd. to purchase a Powerball ticket.
“I asked the clerk to scan the ticket I already had," Tusinski said.
That ticket matched the first five winning numbers from the Aug. 3 Powerball drawing.
"I grabbed my phone and called my sister," Tusinski said. "I was shouting, 'I just hit the Powerball!' "
Tusinski, who is in the medical imaging field, claimed her prize Aug. 6 at the Georgia Lottery headquarters in Atlanta.
"I want to pay off bills, buy a new house, help my family and buy a new car," she said. "I’m going to invest, but I want to treat myself for working hard."
