Man Reported Missing Aug. 23 Has Been Found: Douglas Co. Sheriff

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — The Douglas County Sheriff's Office announced Monday afternoon, Oct. 14, that deputies had located a man reported missing on Aug. 23.
The sheriff's office said last week that Terry Jochristi Walker, 39. had vanished after walking out of the emergency room at the Atlanta Medical Center.
He has a diminished mental capacity and did not have a phone, ID, wallet, cash or vehicle, the sheriff's office said.

On Monday, the sheriff's office thanked everyone who provided information to help deputies locate Walker. It did not release further details on the case.
