Mattie's Call Issued For Douglasville Man, 82

Mattie’s Call from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in coordination with the Georgia Bureau of Investigations has issued a Mattie’s Call Alert for Mr. Troy Hilliard Manning of Douglasville, GA.

Mr. Manning is a white male that is 82 years of age, weighs 130 pounds, approximately 5 foot and 4 inches in height, blue eyes, and with short white hair. He was seen at a residence on Douglas Manor Court in Douglasville, GA in between 10:00am and 11:00 am on Friday October 2, 2015. He was last seen at exit number eighteen State Route 109/Lafayette Parkway on Interstate 85 South at a gas station at approximately 8:15pm in Troup County.

He is wearing a blue in color polo shirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and a blue in color ball cap with the words “Korean War Vet” on the front of the cap. The vehicle that he is driving is a four door 2013 silver in color Hyundai Elantra with a Georgia Handicap tag number DP2MTM.

Mr. Manning suffers from medical issues.
