Paving Work Will Slow Traffic on Post Road This Week
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is warning travelers of delays around the work, near Interstate 20.
DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Roadwork being done on Post Road near Interstate 20 will be slowing down traffic all week long, authorities say.
Crews will be resurfacing Post Road between Interstate 20 and State Route 166 every day between Monday and Friday, the sheriff's office said Monday in a social media post.
Flaggers will be directing traffic and there will be partial lane closures, the sheriff's office said.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area if they can find an alternate route.
