What's Open, Closed For New Year's In Douglas County

See how the New Year's holiday will affect government offices, trash pickup, banks, mall and grocery store hours in Douglas County.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Arbor Place Mall in Douglas County will be open on both New Year's Eve and New Year's Day from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

However, state government offices will be closed and libraries will close at 5 p.m. on New Year's Eve. Douglasville city offices will be closed New Year's Day, as well as the county offices.

AMC Movie Theaters are open both days.

The county's bus service, Connect Douglas will run on New Year's Eve from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. It will not run New Year's Day.
