The mayor and three council posts are up for grabs in Tuesday’s general election in Douglasville.

The polls are open 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. at polling locations in the city (see list below).

Here are the candidates:

WARD 2, POST 2

• Mark Adams (Incumbent)
• Wilbur T. Purvis, III

WARD 4

• Carl Pope (Incumbent-formerly in Ward 5)
• Chris Watts

WARD 5

• Alice Jackson
• Richard Segal
