Government officials, citizens and community leaders celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony at Willing Workers Community Club Park. Willing Workers will be the second park to see renovation upgrades outlined in the Parks Master Plan. The upgrades were designed by Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) and will be built by Integrated Construction and Nobility, Inc.

Willing Workers Community Club Park was founded in the early 1950s by 12 founding members. 3 of the founders, Sarah Whittaker, Kate Phillips, and Rosie Lee Sexton, are still living.

We look forward to unveiling this project to our community.

During construction, Willing Workers Community Club Park will be closed. We expect to reopen for your enjoyment in approximately January 2022.
