Duluth Real Estate Market Update, May

The real estate market continues to change, and Duluth is no different.

Some highlights from the month of May:

• Active listings is down 59 percent from this time last year and down 12 percent from April.
• The average number of days on the market was also down by 23 percent from 70 days in 2012 to 54 days this year.
• The median listing price is up considerably from this time year, $224,000 to $350,000
