Hollis Cobb Expansion To Bring Hundreds of Jobs To Gwinnett

A new facility will lead to new hiring, the accounts receivable management company says.

DULUTH, GA -- Hollis Cobb Associates, an accounts receivable management company, is expanding its regional headquarters in Duluth -- a move expected to bring hundreds of jobs to the county.

A new 27,000-square-foot facility is located in the Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District on Satellite Boulevard.

This new location will allow the company to accommodate a rapidly growing workforce and will bring hundreds of new jobs to Georgia and Gwinnett County over the next few years, according to a news release.

"Establishing a foothold in the Gwinnett Place location builds upon Hollis Cobb’s strategy of committing to locations with quality employees who can best serve our clients," said Greg Hocutt, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hollis Cobb Associates, in the release. "Gwinnett County is a leader in quality workforce and we have found this to be invaluable to our organization."

Hollis Cobb Associates currently has almost 350 employees across four locations in the United States, with 160 of those jobs located in Gwinnett.

Founded in 1977 by Hollis L. Cobb, the company offers accounts receivable solutions to hospital systems and large physician groups.

In March of this year Hollis Cobb Associates announced its acquisition of Healthcare Financial Services, LLC. It was Hollis Cobb’s fifth acquisition in the past three years, and the largest deal as measured by revenue added to the Hollis Cobb company to date.

"This announcement is yet another excellent example of how Gwinnett remains a strong draw for major corporations such as Hollis Cobb," said Andrew Carnes, the county's Director of Economic Development. "Companies look to Gwinnett County as a prime location to better reach national markets and grow their business."
