On May 5, police were called to the Prescott Apartments at 1655 Centerview Drive in Duluth, and found two victims with gunshot wounds separated from each other in the wood line behind the property. The same day an arrest warrant was issued for Graham for theft by receiving stolen property in connection with the stolen Mercedes. Police say Graham lives in the same neighborhood where the vehicle was stolen. He was arrested on the warrant on May 13 during a traffic stop.
Also on May 13, three arrest warrants were obtained for Richie Milord, 28, Duluth, who is accused of shooting Graham. The warrants charge Milord with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Graham and Manget were together on the night of the homicide and were both shot by Milord, police claim.
Milord was arrested during a traffic stop on July 12 by a deputy with the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities charged Milord with murder, aggravated assault, and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Graham and Milord are being held at the Gwinnett County Jail without bond. Authorities say the men also face additional charges tied to unrelated cases.
