4 National Restaurant Chains To Open At Perimeter Marketplace
Several eateries and health care tenants will join the lineup at Perimeter Marketplace in Dunwoody, which is slated to open in October.

DUNWOODY, GA — Four national fast-casual restaurants and two health care tenants signed on to open at Perimeter Marketplace in Dunwoody.
Branch Properties, an Atlanta-based real estate investment firm, said in a Tuesday press release that the upcoming tenant lineup will include national burger chain BurgerFi; creative salad company Chop't; fast casual Chinese restaurant Panda Express; and First Watch, a daytime cafe serving breakfast, brunch and lunch.
Aspen Dental and primary care provider One Medical also signed on to open space in the center, the release said.

“The Dunwoody/Perimeter market has proven to be one of the strongest areas for economic growth in metro Atlanta, even through the ongoing pandemic,” said Brett Horowitz, Branch Properties head of asset management. “We are looking forward to delivering an easily accessible and well-connected shopping center that provides surrounding office users and nearby residents with a mix of offerings to meet their daily needs.”
Perimeter Marketplace is under construction on the corner of Meadow Lane and Ashford-Dunwoody Road, and will be anchored by a 25,147-square-foot Publix. Once completed, the development will also include a QuikTrip gas station off Ashford-Dunwoody Road.
