Ashford Dunwoody Hotel Project Gets Nod from Planning Commission
The commission first gave the proposal approval back in April, but the city council asked commissioners to vote again after ethics questions came up.

The Dunwoody Planning Commission has given the nod for a hotel project, Sterling Point, on Ashford Dunwoody Road.
This is the development's second time around getting the commission's approval, a Reporter Newspaper article says.
The project would cover nearly 12 acres at Ashford Dunwoody and Perimeter Center North, and include a restaurant and shopping, Reporter Newspapers says.

The city council -- which could make a final vote on the development next month -- wanted the planning commission to take another vote on the proposal after ethics questions came up following the approval back in April, according to the report.
