Ashton Woods Homes Goes Modern at Gramercy

Sought after Dunwoody townhome community opens new model home with modern design

Ashton Woods Homes is excited to announce the grand opening of its newest model home at Gramercy in Dunwoody, a townhome community priced from the $400,000s. Decorated by the Artisan Design Group, the model features the popular Madison floor plan with a “Modern Mélange” design concept.

“We wanted to give our target market, single and married professionals, a unique home that would fit their lifestyle,” said Michael Malloy, vice president of sales and marketing for the Atlanta division of Ashton Woods Homes. “Artisan Design Group was great to work with, and they really captured the vibe we wanted for this new model.”

Artisan Design Group used an inviting neutral palette based on white to keep the townhome feeling spacious. They used accents such as rich exotic wood, metal, unique stone slab walls and colorful artwork and accessories to make each space interesting. Additionally, there is whole home automation that can be controlled by an iPad or smartphone.
