Dunwoody Approves New Townhome Development

DUNWOODY, GA -- The city council has approved a rezoning request that will allow a developer to build 79 townhomes near Dunwoody Village.

The vote came during Monday night’s city council meeting, according to Reporter Newspapers.

The project will be located on Dunwoody Village’s eastern side and north of Mount Vernon Road. The townhomes will be housed over 14 buildings, and sell for about $650,000 each.
