Dunwoody Homeowners Association Opposed to Pollo Tropical Restaurant
The group voted Sunday night to oppose a plan for the restaurant to open a location in the old DeKalb County police precinct.

A plan to open a restaurant in Dunwoody’s old DeKalb County police precinct met with opposition Sunday night from the Dunwoody Homeowners Association.
The group is opposed to Pollo Tropical Caribbean restaurant’s drive-through option, according to Reporter Newspapers.
The property is located on Ashford-Dunwoody Road, across from Perimeter Mall. Hines, a commercial real estate firm, owns the property and donated it to DeKalb County for police use about 30 years ago. The company stipulated that should the precinct close, the land would revert ownership back to Hines.
