Dunwoody Nature Center Installs Tree Swings

The Dunwoody Nature Center has completed the installation of its tree swings as part of its front meadow improvements.

The tree swings were accomplished with the support of REI, which funded a grant to purchase the materials needed for the improvements; and Arborguard, which donated the professional installation of the tree swings. All of the other improvements to the front meadow have been powered entirely by volunteers.

Other improvements have included the addition of 13 garden beds; a  tool shed; picnic benches; and a new trail from the meadow to the education building.
